AWANA Puggles Bible Club [ for kids ages 2 & 3 ]
These precious kiddos will stay in our spacious nursery until “class time” when they join our large AWANA group room for music, puppets, and story time. When returning to their room, books and CD’s bless them.
AWANA Cubbies Bible Club [ for kids ages 4 through kindergarten ]
Kids will get their award vests and join our large AWANA group for music and story time. They stay in this same room for all their activities except for a brief activity outside under supervision. They will be challenged to learn a shortened verse each week. A game time, craft time, or hands-on snack tied to the lesson will be added weekly toward the end of class.
AWANA Sparks Bible Club [ for kids in 1st and 2nd grades ]
Kids will get their award vests, and join our large AWANA group room for music and story time, then move to their own colorfully marked door to have seat work and be helped with the memory work from the lesson or from a longer list of challenges. A game time, craft time, or hands-on snack tied to the lesson will be added weekly toward the end of class.
AWANA T&T [Truth & Training] Bible Club [ for kids in 3rd, 4th and 5th grades ]
They join the larger group for music, puppet show, and story time. Then they go to their colorfully marked classroom door for follow up on the subject of the week. Here they will be guided toward a memory verse or other material to memorize for various patches on their award T-shirt. A game time, craft time, or hands-on snack tied to the lesson will be added weekly toward the end of class. In some cases they may be asked to be leaders or mentors to the younger AWANA students.

All the groups will be invited to take part in a Day of Recognition in the South Haven Christian Church 10 am Worship service about once every 2 months. They will be wearing their vests, or T-shirts and giving a song and/or a memory verse or two to the congregation. This will be suitable for inviting family or friends to attend and see how your child is thriving in the AWANA program. This is not mandatory, but is a helpful incentive to the Club kids to learn well, and blesses the congregation with meeting the AWANA families as well. A schedule will be provided.
